In addition to sales and lettings, we also act for major Lending Institutions valuing and surveying all types of property. We also act for numerous clients in valuing and all subsequent negotiations with regards to compulsory purchases.

The Department is headed by Richard P. Grainger, Chartered Surveyor, who has been with the Company since 1965, having a wealth of experience in the industrial and commercial market.
