LATEST COVID-19 UP-DATE

W C Dawson & Son Limited are pleased to confirm that we have received confirmation from the Government that Buying, Selling and Renting a property can continue in a “Covid Secure Way” despite the new National Lockdown.

We are still able to carry out:

Sales Market Appraisals
Rental Market Appraisals
Mortgage Valuation and Survey Reports

The Government Guidance States:

“You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.

Estate and Letting Agents and removal firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.

Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in and wearing a face covering”

Our Stalybridge Office, whilst not open to the public, is staffed from 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays and can be contacted on 0161 338 2292. The door will be locked and we ask that anyone who wishes to come to the office (for example to collect keys or speak “face to face” with a member of staff) book an appointment time.

All visitors to our office must wear a face covering, stand in the marked area and maintain the 2m distance at all times.

Our Rental Department is operational and available to continue to deal with any maintenance issues.
